These days, with so much overwhelm, being stressed is the norm. Caught in cycles of deregulation, our nervous system becomes overly stimulated, negativity impacting our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. If not checked, we land up resorting to unhealthy habits trying to cope.

During this retreat, held in gentle quietude, we will take time to pause in a kind, safe, and supportive space to explore healing modalities, mindfulness meditation, and shared inquiry. We will use body-based self-regulation practices to support and enhance resilience, strengthening our ability to manage stress and uncertainty so we can engage life with increased clarity, compassion, joy and equanimity.
